Marina Bay keeps major waterfront sights close, but compare the total room cost.
Orchard Road provides malls, dining and full-service hotels across several price levels.

Kampong Glam and Bugis offer cafés, street life and multiple rail lines.
Sentosa can suit beach, theme-park and resort holidays, but it is less convenient for repeated city journeys.
Changi Airport guidance
Changi has four passenger terminals. Confirm the terminal, allow time for immigration and baggage collection, and check the last train if landing late.
Travel via Tanah Merah for the East–West Line or Expo for the Downtown Line. The precise route depends on the hotel station.
Official Changi guidance estimates about 30 minutes and roughly S$25–S$45 to the city before applicable surcharges; traffic changes both.
Ask the hotel to hold luggage and treat early check-in as a request unless it is confirmed in writing.
